Gratitude received from my volunteer activities

Thank you soooo much for your wonderful help and advice and LOVE !! I have finally taken charge of my life and I'm starting to understand that I need to be responsible for myself ! I go to the Gym everyday now and the time away from work has helped me a lot to decompress and eat better !! I now do pool-gym , yoga , zumba, stretch and tone (and last saturday I did a 10k walk that I never thought I could do . I'm very happy about my new life !!)   and that made a whole lot of difference in my life !! I noticed that there's fun too in life and not about work only !!

You have become a good friend and of course I will call and come see you if I struggle !!

Big hug to you too !!

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your wonderful knowledge in nutrition and such inspiring meals. I am really looking forward to coming back to one of your courses.”

I really enjoyed your class today. You will be seeing us again for sure and I will be making your recipe this week-end. Loved it!

Just wanted to say I made the chili bean dish two nights ago, and my family LOVED it! My Egyptian husband raved about it!  so I wish to say again, THANK YOU!

I'm thinking about you this morning as I am eating my seeds and feeling like a bird.

I also remembered to add flax to my yogurt this morning. Shocking, isn't it?

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

The food was delicious.  It was a hit. Everyone marveled at the variety, the taste.

And your presentation is absolutely adorable. You're a master with the artichoke!!

It is great to see someone so passionate and helping others in learning.

Thank you, Nevine. I was very inspired by your talk.

I just wanted to thank you for a very interesting and inspiring course.  I was at the Atwater market yesterday and bought a stevia plant and a watercress plant.  I also bought the organic chicken broth and made your soup………delicious.  The information you gave was very helpful and empowers me to start to make better choices. Thank you.

I just wanted to thank you for this recipe ..this salad is totally amazing and the kale tastes GREAT. It really does taste better the next day. I made a huge batch and will eat it for the next 3 days. Thanks again and I hope you do more salads like this one.

Well, I thought I would make your soup last night ...that delightful, give me seconds, WOW, soup!  So I would like to extend another moment of gratitude to you and all that you do!

I just wanted to tell you that my son and I both absolutely love your food and bars. The moment I got in the car I ripped the bag open and ate a wellness bar..sooo good..

I thought I would send you some photos of my lentil burgers, with my pita breads, salad and sweet potato fries....My husband thanks you as do I.....delicious!!

Thanks again for yesterday -- it was lots of fun. I am having some lentil sprouts with my salad for lunch. I believe there will be lots of chewing involved so it won't be a speedy lunch.

I just wanted to share with you that I made your salsa last night…..OMG!!!!

was it ever good!

Thanks again for a great experience. I made broccoli and watercress soup last night for my guests. They all loved it and couldn't believe there were almonds inside. I served it with turkey/quinoa burgers and added some turmeric in them.
